HSI is a fund manager focused on real estate investments and structured credit. In the real estate segment, manages an extensive portfolio of assets in Brazil. Throughout our history, which began in 2006, we have invested more than R$ 10 billion. In 2016, we were ranked by Private Equity Real Estate (PERE) as the world’s 35th largest fund manager in real estate investments with private capital, and the largest in Latin America.

In the shopping mall segment, the assets controlled by funds under our management add up to more than 400,000 square meters of gross leasable area (GLA). In office buildings, there are 10 projects acquired or developed by the fund manager since its founding, totaling more than 350,000 square meters of GLA.

In the logistics condominium segment, HSI funds formed Brazil’s largest portfolio of warehouses in the country, with 1.4 million square meters, which was sold in 2012 in the Brazil’s largest real estate transaction ever.

HSI has also invested in hotels, self-storage, and residential developments.
